I support your organisation in the development and implementation of your international strategy.

I work with institutions to identify partners for academic and commercial partnerships, undertake research, and make recommendations. I collaborate with my extensive international network to explore opportunities, and lay the building blocks for long-term mutually beneficial relationships.

Short courses (for leisure and CPD), master classes and study abroad programmes all play an important role in extending the reach of your institution, and in strengthening your brand. They also support recruitment and provide a useful stepping stone to academic collaborations, as well as generating essential extra income.

I provide expert advice and guidance on setting up programmes, and will work with you to identify your institution’s unique offer and target markets. I place a strong focus on the student experience, and on working collaboratively with your staff and with other organisations to maximise opportunity.

For institutions based outside the UK, I provide representation services in the UK and mainland Europe for your institution or organisation.

Your students are a long way from home, and may not know who to turn to for information and advice, or during personal crisis. I can support your students in times of particular need, or on a rolling basis throughout the year.

I am also available to inspect partner institutions and courses, research and make arrangements for institutional visits in Europe, as well as to represent your interests at meetings, fairs, and in negotiations.
